Bradley Cohen(31), Head of Indian Team
Born in London, UK. Bradley lived in Asia for 6 years, including a year in India and Nepal. He spent much time volunteering in orphanages, most prominently in Bihar – India’s poorest state, and Tamil Nadu in the South. He has recently returned from Malawi, Africa after volunteering in a local orphanage. In Israel, he organized and completed a fundraising walk which saw him walk the entire 960 km length of Israel from north to south in 40 days, which raised more then 18,000$ for children’s charities in Africa and Israel, as well as receiving extensive worldwide press. Bradley completed a BA Hons Philosophy Degree at the University of Manchester, UK, where he focused largely on the Indian Philosophy modules, and successfully completed an intensive CELTA course (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) in the top 15% of the country.
Shalti Dagan(27), Volunteers Coordinator
Bor n in Jerusalem , Israel . Shalti is a student who has wor ked for several years in kindergartens in Israel . He loves children and has professional knowledge of wor king with them. During his six months volunteering with Lev Olam, Shalti became a role model for dozens of Israeli backpackers. In august 2009 Shalti returned to Dharamshala for a second period of volunteering.

Born in Tel-Aviv, Israel, Lea is a student and a young Musician who worked as an assistant in Israeli Kindergartens. She spent six months in India, helping local children through education and music.

Noam Kiedar(29), Volunteers Coordinator
Born in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Noam is a TV producer who has traveled in Asia several times and spent long periods of time in India. He was touched by the condition of the Indian children and decided to volunteer for six months in order to try and give some of them a chance for a better life.
